Do you offer Layaway terms?
Yes. Details Below:
All orders totalling $200 or more are eligible for layaway. Layaways may be for up to 3 months. Depending on the layaway terms chosen payment will be made by either 2 or 3 equal payments with the first payment due when the layaway arrangements are made. If you change your mind or are unable to complete the layaway within the agreed upon terms for ANY reason funds paid will be refunded less 15% of the total cost of the item(s) on layaway to cover bank fees and administration fees. By entering into a Layaway agreement you are agreeing to these terms.

I live outside the US. How do I place an order?
To place an International Order email email@example.com with the product(s) wanted. Please include the SKU number for each product. (Example: SKU: CAS12) I will confirm your order and send payment instructions by email. Payment can be made with PayPal. No PayPal account is needed to make a secure credit card payment. All transactions must be paid in US funds.
All US shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail with rates as follows: $100 and below—-$5.95. Orders above $100—-FREE. Email or call if you prefer another shipping option.
International shipping will be by USPS Express Mail for a $40 charge. All packages shipped outside of the US may be subject to fees and duties imposed by foreign governments. Any fees and/or duties due are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for any package or goods mailed to a foreign location once it has left our hands.

Why do I have to sign when my order is delivered?
A signature is required by the Post Office for all insured packages.
What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If after you receive your item(s) and you don’t like it or if you “just don’t want it” you can return it for a full refund minus shipping charges with the following restrictions. Within 7 days after receiving your item(s), you must email or call for a return authorization number. firstname.lastname@example.org or (303) 734-8576. All returned products MUST BE in new and unused condition with all packaging. Pipes MUST BE UNSMOKED!!
Why am I being charged for taxes?
All shipments to Colorado addresses will be charged state sales tax when your order is placed. Any Colorado municipality sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments to other states/municipalities/countries may be subject to sales tax, import duties and or fees. Any sales tax, import duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility. TheBriarPipe.com will not be liable for any sales taxes, duties, or fees. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not be returned to us by the post office. This is out of our control. If we do not receive the package back, no refund will be given.
